Abstract

The article examines the key areas of digital transformation of managerial business processes in the health care sector in post-pandemic period, when challenges such as COVID-19 accelerated the transition to digital technologies. The key areas of digitalization are analyzed, including document management automation to reduce administrative costs, logistic and financial processes to optimize resources and supply chains, task and project management platforms, digitalization of personnel processes to increase staff motivation, and integrated medical information systems for seamless data exchange. Effectiveness of innovative management methods use is substantiated on the basis of international and domestic research. Implementation barriers, such as low digital literacy and infrastructural constraints, as well as strategies to overcome them are discussed. The results demonstrate that integrated approach to these areas makes it possible to increase operational and economic efficiency of medical organizations, especially in Russia within the framework of Unified State Information System in the Field of Healthcare, contributing to improvement of quality and economic performance in health care.
