In the article development directions of manpower policy under modern conditions of development of integrated agroindustrial formations are considered. Manpower policy has greatly changed, and fully corresponds to the strategy of organization functioning. The problem of availability of professional qualified experts in agrarian and industrial complex is considered. The opinion that the work with the staff is only administrative was rejected. Measures of development of personnel operations necessary for integrated agroindustrial structures are defined.
