INFLUENCE OF SCIENTIFIC FACTORS ON THE EFFICIENCY OF REGIONAL SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The role of scientific factors in effective social and economic development of the subjects of the Russian Federation is investigated in the article. Attention is paid to the fact that introduction of advanced scientific achievements in the industrial complexes of the regions can be one of key tools of economic development. The necessity of adaptation of science to modern conditions, allowing to satisfy the increasing needs of regional economy in new technologies is an actual direction for researches in various areas. In the work scientific approaches to activation of innovative development of regional economic complexes are suggested. The priority directions of the activity influencing formation of the system of scientific provision of economy development at regional level are presented.
