PROTECTION OF FOODSTUFF FROM XENOBIOTIC
Keywords:
pesticides, chromatogram, photosynthesis, Active Environment, emulsion, disperse phase, betanal groupAbstract
The concept of internal and external xenobiotics, that is, those which get into vegetable material from the outside and those which are formed in the plants organism, is introduced in the article. The way of deactivation of pesticides of betanal group (external xenobiotics) and deactivations of peroxide (internal) is developed for production of ecologically pure foodstuffs, using pesticides instability in acid and alkaline environment, supervising pesticides by means of chromatography. Deactivation technologies of pesticides are defined.Downloads
