Abstract

In the article data of sociological survey on organization culture in Russia are cited. The model of dependence estimation of organization culture in sociocultural sphere on the basis of external and internal factors analysis is generalized. The model of a purposes tree is developed for culture and art institutions, generalizing a number of characteristic purposes and problems.
