The purpose of the article is presentation of the author's classification methodology of the general and particular parametres of modernization process of management mechanism of a municipal union taking into account regional development features. In the article the toolkit based on theoretical and valuation classification characteristics of general and particular parametres of modernization process of management mechanism of a municipal union taking into account regional features of development is used. The basic tools of the research are the method of essential characteristics, the method of method of author's representations, the method of classifications, the method of dynamic analysis and the method of criterion ranges. The research allowed to get the following results. The essence of definitions general and particular parametre is considered. The existing classifications of parametres, used for estimation of municipal unions and region are singled out. The author's classification methodology of general and particular parametres of modernisation process of management mechanism of municipal union taking into account regional development features is suggested. The importance of the research is manifested in formation of the author's classification methodology of general and particular parametres of modernization process of management mechanism of a municipal union taking into account regional development features. The suggested methodology is aimed at ascertainment of interrelations between municipal union and region by means of revealing of the necessity to modernize the management mechanism. The condition formulates the initial basis of the research in the field of modernization of management mechanism of municipal union with the account of digitalization of the regional environment.Downloads
