Factors affecting company work in the periods of economic crises are considered in the article. The authors show the main objective of personnel management and consulting services under conditions of organizational changes which is reduced to rational distribution of company's resources and organization of its effective work. In the end the emphasis is made on a circle of problems being solved by administrative consulting capable to provide working efficiency of the company.Downloads
