Under conditions which are dictated by the modern market, with great demand for cultured-milk drinks there is a competition promoting expansion of their assortment and occurrence of new manufacturers. In the market of cultured-milk products there are hundreds items having high demand. Temptation to forge the drinks and to increase the volume by falsification, not reducing the price, grows. Russian manufacturers must develop a new level of production to provide the consumer with qualitative national cultured-milk products.Downloads
