Abstract

Transformational processes in the Russian society beginning in 1990s have changed social and economic space of industrial sphere and control system of staff in many respects. Transition to market mechanisms of functioning hasgreatly transformed the activity interactions of workers. The management structure should reflect goals and objectives of organisation, functional division of labour and the scope of autority.
