ABOUT SPECIFICITY OF ACCUMULATION AND REALIZATION OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL-ENTERPRISE HUMAN CAPITAL IN MODERN CONDITIONS

Abstract

The concept « the human capital » for last decade was strongly affirmed in a domestic economic science. The use of this category allows to approach the analysis of many economic problems in a new way, including questions of activization of organizational-enterprise potential of a society. Within the limits of given clause we shall try to consider problems of increase of business activity of the population, expansion of the enterprise environment through a prism of the concept of the human capital. The designated questions are many-sided, significant and debatable. In turn, the approach we try to use, requires further development, deepening and specification.
