Abstract

There has been great problem in the economy and education in Russia in recent years. Labor market and higher education are not related to each other, most students and graduates do not know and do not understand their professional background. At the same time, a slowdown in economic growth is observed in the domestic economy. The country needs new approaches to management and young talented personnel in most sectors of the economy. The state pays insufficient attention to younger generation, namely, graduates and students of educational institutions. Therefore, it is necessary to create a new model of interaction between three key areas - education, science and business. In the article it is proposed to form a structure - Research and Project and Coordination Center, capable of completely changing scientific and educational environment in Russia.
