The article is devoted to the development of small business in the system of consumer cooperation. The results of the study of organizational and economic activities of consumer cooperation enterprise in Orel region are presented. Analysis of financial performance indicators in recent years is carried out and conclusions about studies of ongoing activities and the implementation of the chosen development strategy are made taking into account market factors based on the use of modern forms and technologies of purchasing and selling products in the regional market of goods and services. The process of implementing innovative technologies affects both suppliers and customers of the organization, so it is important to define the needs of the company clearly and plan the entire business process in detail.Downloads
