Abstract

During the global world economic changes the transformation process of capital and forms of ownership of banking sphere are still pressing. Classification of transactions of ownership forms transformation are of great value at the analysis of consolidation tendencies of banking sector. It allows to define the basic motives, participants and transactions impact. In the article the author's classification on the basis of detailed analysis of transactions of the Russian banks consolidation is considered. It reflects the basic preconditions, integration kinds and forms and impact on business environment.
