Diagnostics of Innovative Development of Regional Social and Economic Systems

Post-crisis stabilization and changes of economic development orientation have made the problem of increase of social-economic efficiency of the regional development actual. Today there is high differentiation of the regions in Russia according to economic and social indicators. Strengthening of such tendency can lead to weakening of economic security of the country and integrity of federal organization of Russia. The basis of the problem is diverse intensifying contradictions The most important among them are contradictions between the developed structure of social production in the region, levels of technological development, condition of the capital and labour markets and requirements of market relations. Market conditions changed understanding of both the content and condition of the regional policy carried out by federal centre and the regions. As a result, high degree of non-uniformity of regional development is the feature of innovative development of the Russian Federation. The inequality is defined by the specificity of each region characterized by special geographical position, historically developed specialization and innovative potential as well.Downloads
