Shock Therapy for Small Business or a Way to Bankruptcy

Abstract

Today the question on the state and development of small-scale business in the Russian Federation is actual as never. Complex epidemiological conditions in the country dictate new rules for business subjects which are sometimes difficult to observe. There is already a variety of researches of so-called economic compression or social distancing. Losses of the Russian economy from activity stoppage can make up 2-2,5 % of Gross Domestic Product according to the economists. The state in turn attempts to reanimate business establishing packages of documents with support measures. However, practice of the last months shows that large share of business representatives could correct the development vector, to change management somewhere radically or to introduce innovations in the activity, for example, working online, delivering contactlessly and so on It is necessary to hope, that “the safety pillow” for small-scale business will be effective. But, undoubtedly, certain business will stop functioning as they will not be able to recover after crisis because of impossibility to take advantage of the support measures suggested by the state due to initially illegal business.
