Intern Employment: Realities, Problems and Prospects

Abstract

Against the background of coronavirus there comes the period of long economic depression in the world. There was a serious collapse in the business sphere practically in all countries. The indicators of the entrepreneurial confidence have fallen to the level of the world financial crisis of 2008-2009. According to the most optimistic experts forecasts up to 25 million people can lose their jobs worldwide. And youth is far from being an exception. In the developed conditions the urgency of the problem of intern employment is obvious, as provision of worthy life level of the youth by means of effective employment and long-term investments in human capital will allow to stimulate birth rate growth and to prevent demographic crisis. To achieve this, motivated worthy support of interns with secondary technical and higher education at employment according to the speciality and in the course of labour activity in different branches of economy is necessary, that in turn will allow to young healthy professional generation to be confident at least in the near future and to make plans.
