Privatization as an Instrument of Financial-Budget Policy

Transition to market economy demands special economic preparation not only of the personnel of the enterprises, organizations, institutions, but also of various strata of the society. Today one of the key directions of transformations in the changing society is reforming of property relations, which basically occurs through property privatizations of public enterprises. Formation of these relations will increase management efficiency, accelerate structural reorganization and national economy development, improvement of the investment climate in the country, and promote clear motivation to labour. Privatization is the only mechanism for creation of the class of effective proprietors, which will be interested in the success of the enterprise, capable to make Russian enterprises more attractive for investments and will be able to lead the enterprises out to a new technological level.Downloads
