Conceptual Approaches of the Maintenance of the Regional Economy Internal Resources

Abstract

Under conditions of competition aggravation in the extending economic space, activation of internal resources reproduction at the regional level becomes especially actual direction of the research. The “new economy” based on knowledge has made the human capital the priority asset of economic system. Development of intellectual capital defines the efficiency of use of other region assets. In the article the essence of activation imperatives of the process of human capital reproduction defined by the economy transformation is disclosed. The theoretical basis is the scientific works of domestic and foreign economists within the research of economic relations at the regional level. The results of the research can be used in the development of the theories of strategic management and human capital reproduction.
