In the article the necessity of monitoring and project management of the state and municipal unitary enterprises to make effective administrative decisions in the sphere of property reception and use is substantiated. Recommendations on use of the set of methods and toolkit of financial analysis at substantiation of criteria and target indicators of effective project management of property to execute national projects and programs are given. The sequence of the analysis of industrial and financial indicators on the basis of information of the state pharmaceutical company delivering and distributing medicine and drugs is highlighted.Downloads
