Digital Economy in Russia: Myths, Reality, Prospects (Synergetic Approach)

Abstract

We are on the threshold of a new technological epoch when digital technologies including an artificial intellect, the Internet, a robotics, 3d printing will play, 5G-technologies (cellular communication of the fifth generation), nanotechnology, biotechnologies, computers of new generation (quantum) will play the increasing role in all spheres, including economy. These technologies are getting into our life more deeply causing system changes in business, in the forms of organization and work of all levels of power and etc. In turn, it results in cardinal changes of functioning of all control systems in politics, in the sphere of fundamental and applied researches, education, public health services, real economy sector, finance and etc. In the article tendencies and possible risks of digital economy formation in Russia connected with the absence of own information technologies and the companies capable to compete with similar in the USA and China in our country are considered.
