LABOUR ECONOMY: SEARCH OF THE POINTS OF GROWTH

Abstract

The major direction of labour economy is searching of the ways to increase the efficiency of manpower use. The solution of the problem automatically results in creation of the points of growth as the economic subject has facilities to expand and alter the directions of financial and economic activity. In the article the perspective ways in personnel management system are revealed. The authors suggest the concept of effective corporate environment to increase productivity and quality of workers' labour. The authors single out four key aspects of the concept: introduction to the economic subject mission in the interests of the society and the state to each employee, social investments into workers, application of productivity wages for them, use of penal sanctions for low labour quality. The author consider social investments into the personnel to be the central task. At the same time rational ways of minimization of taxes and mandatory insurance contribution are suggested to smooth the growth of financial resources of the enterprise. They are connected with the maximum use of the benefits (that will simultaneously help direct the enterprise to the spheres of activity most significant for the economy and the society).
