CONCEPTUAL MANUFACTURING SCIENCE BLOCKCHAIN AND THE PROBLEMS OF ITS INTRODUCTION IN DIGITAL ECONOMY OF RUSSIA

Abstract

The blockchain technology becomes now one of the main attributes of modern digital world. Rapid growth of interest of the state and large international corporations in the technology, and estimation of potential possibilities of its use practically in all branches of the economy make it possible for experts to conclude that the effect from introduction of blockchain technology will be comparable with the effect caused by the Internet appearance. Originally this technology was associated exclusively with cryptocurrency bitcoin, appeared in the crisis of 2008. Bitcoin system caused brisk interest connected with mistrust to traditional financial and state institutions, as it does not require intermediaries in the name of the state, banks, lawyers and bookkeepers and work absolutely anonymously and democratically. It was used in the financial sphere to carry out cryptocurrency transactions, including transfers system and digital payments. Now the blockchain technology actively penetrates into various spheres of economy and the government, including credit and financial sector, insurance, health care, transport logistics and a number of other areas. At the same time the available experience of its application, on the one hand, has confirmed its advantages and prospect, on the other hand it has revealed a number of lacks.
