Continuous transformation of foreign-policy and economic situations in the country has led to considerable change of the production structure, its recession, decline in living standard of the population, differentiation of incomes of the citizens, and, as consequence, unemployment. The result is negative opinion of the greater part of the population concerning the reforms of the national economy.
