ESTIMATION OF THE FERTILITY LEVEL AND FARMLAND BALUE OF THE SOUTH-WEST PART OF ORYOL REGION

In the article the analysis of indicators characterizing soils fertility is carried out. As a result of the research it is revealed, that the rate of potential fertility of the Southwestern part of Oryol region is on the average level. The score quality assessment of soil and calculation of land market price on the basis of soil-ecological situation of the region are carried out in consideration of technological properties, inflation and demand. The analysis of cadastral and true cost of arable land is given.Downloads
