Abstract

In the article the general state of the labour market of Oryol region is considered in a form of dynamic analysis. The quantitative criteria characterizing the state of socio-labour relations are presented. Working conditions and industrial traumatism and the level of labour remuneration for a number of years are considered. On the basis of monitoring priority directions of social and economic policy of the region are defined.
