Abstract

Under current market conditions the value of intellectual assets of the organization determines the cost of its financial asset in many respects. The article deals with the features of investments into the company’s intellectual capital. Besides, the assessment system of intellectual capital is suggestedwhich will allow long-term planning of value creation and organization development in general.
