Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of business processes of insurance activities. The basic business processes in the insurance company are studied. By means of the contextual diagram and decomposition diagram the basic components of the insurance company activity are presented. Business process “Calculation of insurance tariff” is developed and suggested regarding getting information about insurance history of legal and physical persons.
