The article is a review of the world experience in the sphere of formation and use of regulatory and legal foundation of state-private partnership mechanisms. In the article the information concerning the development stage of regulatory foundation for state-private partnership in Russia is presented. The author analyzes recommendations of international economic organizations concerning state-private institution development and the opinions of domestic experts concerning the necessity to adopt special laws on state-private institution in Russia.Downloads
