Development of small business in the Russian Federation refers to the sphere of joint activity of power structures of three levels - the Russian Federation, subjects of the Russian Federation and local self-government institutions. Recently such vertical of small-scale business support, in particular, creations of business-incubators, begins to form. Thus the initiative gradually moves from federal authorities to regional ones with simultaneous increase of activity of local governments.Downloads
