Owing to a small amount of credits securitization transactions in Russia their transactional costs are great. The bank which is going to carry out credits securitization transaction should consider this kind of expenses arising thereupon. In the article transactional costs identification for bank in credits securitization transactions is carried out and the way of their evaluation is suggested.Downloads
