DEACTIVATION PROBLEM OF PESTICIDES RESIDUAL FORMS OF BETANAL GROUP (BG) IN FOODSTUFF
Keywords:
pesticides, chromatogram, photosynthesis, Active Environment, emulsion, disperse phase, betanal groupAbstract
The concept of active environments which are used in plants process technology is introduced. They are the systems of preparations betanal groups, water and the substances changing рН environments. To provide efficiency of active environment it is necessary to consider this system pesticide is very selective. It gets into the plants through leaves and inhibits photosynthesis process. It is established, that environments activity remains in the range of values рН from 4 to 6, at bigger or smaller values the hydrogen indicator undergoes changes.Downloads
