Abstract

The problems of qualitative development of small-scale business are urgent for Russia’s economy. Effective functioning and development of small business is defined by a number of their advantages in comparison with the large-scale business: proximity to local markets and adaptation to demands of consumers, production in small lots, introduction of new technologies. The small-scale business is promoted by the demand differentiation and individualization in the sphere of industrial and personal consumption.
