MODELLING OF INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY ON CREATION OF COMPLEXES ON PRODUCTION AND CONSUMPTION WASTE RECYCLING

Abstract

Organizational and methodical provision of strategic planning of complexes on recycling the regional wastes should have an integrated approach - i.e., firstly, it should take into account the activity of all subjects of a complex and their interrelations, secondly, it should consider all stages of the process of strategic planning from the analysis of an existing condition of the region to the measuring of work results when all goals are achieved and the time is adjusted.
