Prevention of pensions system crisis deepening is becoming very actual recently. Therefore the attempts of its perfection were undertaken lately. The problems connected with low level of pensions, adequacy of the income earned before to labour contribution, differentiation of labour pensions sizes, citizens' low interest in pensions system participation are touched upon in the article.
