In the condition of the global innovation system formation the expenses on the research engineering development are constantly increasing and become a serious financial problem even for the large transnational corporations. As a result the necessity in division of expenses on achieving new scientific knowledge and introducing up-to-date advanced technology arises, that necessarily leads to the use of the international technological cooperation strategy based on the strategic partnership.Downloads
