Abstract

In present-day Russia bill circulation has started to develop mainly because of the non-payment crisis. As a means of drawing up a commercial credit a bill saves an enterprise from the necessity to pay in advance. Trade bill plays an important role in money circulation, in active transactions of a bank. Trade bills, their registration in a bank fully correspond to the development of the monetary system and needs of Russian economy.
