Abstract

The crisis overcoming in industry and the necessity of its development at a modern technological level require to improve forms and tendencies in the government policy of regulating investments. The Government incentive of transferring and introduction of new technologies from state and private laboratories into industry is to become the priorities of central and local authorities. Government special attention is reqired to both innovation corporations,centers of technical help, scientific, technological and other structures initiated by componies,state powerful authorities or high school.
