NECESSITY OF GOVERNMENT POLICY PRINCIPLES CHANGE IN THE FIELD OF FINANCE

Abstract

In any society the state uses finance for realization of its functions and tasks and to achieve definite objectives. Principles of state finance organization are fundamental and objective basis of their construction under market economy. Economic laws define the finance organization in the market economy. In practice, the objective finance organization changes by means of carrying out state policy in the field of finance policy. The financial policy uses financial relations existing in the state and legislatively issued conditions of their practical realization as a basic instrument to carry out its tasks.
