Modern arrangement of the world financial market contains both a danger of a sudden crisis outbreak and a deterrent. Financial crisis is a sharp, short worsening of all or the most financial indices which are not connected with a cycle directly - short-term interest rates, assets prices, commercial bankruptcies increase and collapses of financial intermediaries.
