THE SIMPLIFIED SYSTEM OF TAXATION AT THE SMALL BUSINESS ENTERPRISES

Abstract

This article describes all pros and cons of the simplified taxation system for small-scale business. The problems of taxation object choice, refusal from simplified taxation system, rules of drawing up of a declaration according to simplified taxation system and accounting peculiarities, minimal tax calculation and write-off of the losses appeared during application of the simplified taxation system and besides changes in the Tax Code, concerning the usage of such system since 2009 are considered.
