Innovative Projects of Russia: Implementation Features of the State Program of Strategic Academic Leadership Priority 2030

Abstract

The article discusses the implementation features of strategic academic leadership program Priority 2030 adopted in 2021 by the Government of the Russian Federation, which makes provisions for integration and cooperation of domestic scientific and educational organizations based on the principles of openness and healthy competition. It is planned within the framework of the program to select more than 100 progressive modern universities that will be able to become centers of scientific, technological and socio-economic development of the country by 2030. The transfer of the results of their research and development to other educational institutions of the higher education system will contribute to creation of favorable conditions for development and successful realization of personal potential of university graduates in the regions of Russia, and ultimately will ensure training of highly qualified personnel to work at knowledge-intensive enterprises. The authors analyzed the progress of the main activities planned by the program at the moment, and also proposed to establish close interaction of future graduates with representatives of existing enterprises and business communities in order to form positive attitude to future profession and to train as many specialists as possible who are able to contribute to achievement of national development goals of the Russian Federation.
