Change and Analysis of the State of Regional Regulatory Environment for the Development of Entrepreneurial Initiative

In recent years, the rule-making process of federal and regional authorities has become more open and transparent. Drafts of regulatory procedures are widely discussed by the public and professionals that allows to assess the regulatory impact on the segments of the economy and implementation of national projects comprehensively. The article analyzes the changes in the formation of the regulatory environment, aimed at the development and support of small and medium-sized enterprises. Measures, procedures and regulating mechanism of entrepreneurial initiative and activities are examined, and their results at the federal and regional levels are evaluated. The validity of the discussion and assessment of regulators and their influence on entrepreneurial activity growth and investment climate improvement in the country is substantiated.Downloads
