There is growth of small and medium-size business enterprises in the world economy which are the basis of sustainable economy development of separate branches and the states as a whole. Modern tendencies of ethical business and digitalization development require formation of confident class of businessmen provided with the interest of the state and interest of the society as a whole in their development and strengthening. Uncertainty of the support stability from the state and tax laws change leads to decrease of the share of small enterprises in small-scale business in the country. Information opacity is also a problem of small and medium-size business development in Russia.Downloads
