Statistical analysis of Modern Condition of Bankruptcy of Legal Entity in the Russian Federation

Abstract

The efficiency analysis of the legal entities and individuals bankruptcy should be carried out on the basis of the requirements and restrictions established by the Federal Law “About Inconsistency (Bankruptcy)”. However, before efficiency estimation of bankruptcy procedures it is necessary to collect and process the statistical data showing the real picture of bankruptcies in the Russian Federation. There is a considerable quantity of the sources disclosing bankruptcy information on legal entities and individuals. They are: newspaper Commersant (Merchant), journal Vestnik (Bulletin) of the State Registration, the Uniform Federal Register of Bankruptcy Data (UFRBD), Federal Tax Service. Administrators disclose the data about all stages of bankruptcies process of the companies through the Uniform Federal Register. Besides, the Uniform Federal Register displays the quantity dynamics of the registered legal entities and those who stopped the activity. In the article the authors analyze the quantity of the companies recognized as bankrupts, introduced procedures in the affairs of legal entities bankruptcy, correlation of completed bankruptcy procedures and procedures in which creditors did not get anything, and the number of submitted and contented applications about recognition of debtor transactions void from 2016г. up to 2019г. The authors also present a rough portrait of the company-debtor and estimate the duration of companies bankruptcy procedure of the Russian Federation in days.
