The purpose of the article is to present the results of the research of the counteraction directions of social sphere shadowization as a threat of economic security of the state. The object of the research was shadow economy as a threat of economic security of Russia. The subject is social and economic relations defining shadowization of the social sphere of the economy. Carrying out the research the authors used the following methods of the research: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, classification and systematization methods and analysis of regulatory legal acts. In the research the authors considered influence of shadow economy on economic security of the state. On the example of public health service the nature and essence of shadow relations in the social sphere are disclosed. The analysis of the essence of shadow relations in the social sphere at the present stage and the factors influencing their development in the Russian Federation is carried out. Directions and tools of shadow relations regulation in the social sphere of economy of Russia on the example of public health service are defined. According to the results of the analysis the positions disclosing the directions and tools of counteraction of social sphere shadowization as a threat of economic security are synthesized. The practical importance of the research is application of its results in working out of the program documents in the field of social sphere development and regulation of shadow relations in such branches as public health service.Downloads
