Innovative Digital Technologies in Educational Activity Management

Abstract

Internet technologies allow people to communicate easily with almost boundless audience under conditions of relative anonymity quickly and effectively overcoming the state boundaries. Computer and telecommunication technologies allow applying innovative methods of training in education. Their inclusion in educational process creates possibilities of improvement of educational services quality, but at the same time demands change of the training content and methods. Online education in Russia is not new, but is presented by a set of non-structured digitized content. The world market of educational technologies (EdTech) will steadily grow in the nearest future. MOOC also allows to involve listeners from other regions of not only the country, but also of the world as a whole. Thus it is a means of popularization of the university on the platform of which it is realized. All kinds of innovations are understood as the objects of innovative system, which can be put into action as a new or considerably improved product (goods, service) or process, new method of sales or new organizational method in business practice, workplace organization or in external communication as a result of commercialization. Educational institutions can serve as platforms for organization of “innovative hubs”.
