The Concept of Information State and Government

Abstract

Formation of information society is complex enough process influencing all aspects of life. It also refers to the questions of information state and government formation and influences state and municipal management. Very frequently such substantial characteristics as electronic, information, digital are used in literature in combination with the concepts resources, government, state and etc. with reference to the given sphere. From the positions of general knowledge these concepts are close enough, however concretizing there are some differences in evolutionary development of the society. Defining the contours of electronic and digital state it is possible to single out a distinctive part in which super modern technologies and methods of processing of information may be included: high degree of information mobility, use of cloud technologies and big data technologies, application of Internet things and so on. It is a new phase supposing fuller and deeper use of information technologies in the state sector where as the main priority is not documents circulation, but data turnover The overall objective of electronic government functioning is in formation of innovative methods and approaches of providing effective network interaction of citizens, businessmen and representatives of business with state structures.
