Under conditions of constantly growing competition in all spheres of business the question of attraction, control and retention of highly skilled employees who can provide competitive advantages of the organization is strategically important. Thereupon the choice of effective and suitable technology of personnel management is important as it allows defining the purpose and the problem, concerning strategic personnel selection, and estimating working efficiency of the personnel
