Altai Region is traditionally an agricultural region and has branched out agriculture infrastructure. In this connection the industry processing agricultural production, in particular, grain processing branch, is of great value. The study of the enterprises competitiveness of the branch both external, and internal, is, thereupon, of special interest. The majority of the researches in this area is aimed at substantiation and choice of tools and mechanisms of escalating of competitive advantages of industrial enterprises and regions.
