EDUCATION MODERNIZATION AND EFFECTIVE CONTRACT

Abstract

Modernization of education is a component of the reforms in the Russian Federation. It is aimed at formation of a new learning model based on competence approach. Thereupon there are new requirement to faculty qualification, the volume and directions of the performed work. Hence, it is necessary to apply new approaches to motivation of the lecturers on the basis of effective contract. Correctly defined indicators of effective contract not only allow increasing the faculty's wages, but also carrying out the strategic targets of the university
